Turkey Day Away!

Kaycee has been counting down holidays, not just till Christmas, but just because she knows that after one comes another. But she is even more excited that Christmas is next. We were able to go to Brandon and Katy’s for Thanksgiving this year. It was a lot of fun and Kaycee had a blast with her cousins. I also think this was our very first Thanksgiving with my family.

Poor Sara had her wisdom teeth taken out on wednesday morning so she could only eat the potatos. Her cheecks are still pretty swollen. She also was able to open her birthday present from Brand, Katy and the kids.

Child's Prayer

I took of video of Kaycee so she could say something to her Uncle Nick on his mission and this is what she wanted to tell him....
she wanted to say a prayer for him. The video was only 15 seconds so it missed some of it.

All that it caught was "Heavenly Father, bless us this day. Thank you for our blessings and thank you for our opportunities." I also caught "thank you grandma got better" and then it ends.

Bumpers!

So we have lived here for 3 1/2 years and I pass by Bumpers in the mall all of the time but I have never been in. The first week Isaac was gone we were at the mall and went to get Kaycee a drink in their machines and Kaycee wanted to go inside. She had such a blast. There is so much more than just the video games that you can see from the outside. We went back after the Super Saturday with Jared and they had a blast. So that has become our thing while daddies gone.

Kaycee gets too wild when she is exhausted and it is so hard to get her to just calm down and take a nap. When we got in the car she was arguing that she was not tired and in mid sentence it was quiet. She had fallen asleep as soon as we started driving away from the church. They were both out.
