Tonight as we were going to bed Kaycee said, "mom. It was a good day. We had a good day, huh."
We had a full day of activities for Kaycee today. We went to the library for story time and Kaycee had fun with Kember. Kim reminded us about dance class and we went to Wiggles with Lucy and Carly. We went shopping for fun pj's and then went home. I tried cleaning but Kayden was not happy. He is constipated, teething, or both and just wasn't happy so we went for a walk. She loves to ride her bike from Nana and Papa so I let her ride it. We were just going to walk around the parking lot but we ended up walking to the rec center. My back started hurting from carrying Kayden, who fell asleep, so we started back home. Isaac called when we were at the corner crossing the road and met up with us on the road to the house. Kaycee was so excited. She may have had all the excitement of the day but seeing daddy coming home made her day. Throughout the day she will say that her daddy misses her, or she misses her daddy and can't wait for him to get home. She doesn't say it like I can't wait, she means, she is impatient and can't wait. She is too funny.
She was so excited to wear her new jammies to bed to end her "fun" day.
She loves Wiggles Club. Kim told us about it awhile ago but everytime I drive by I think we should go and then forget. It was a good thing we saw Kim at the library. This was Kaycee's first class of many more. I was sitting at a wrong angle so the picts are dark but I at least got some pictures. I also got one of my little guy chilling waiting for sister. He has more fun watching how active and expressive she is.

Tired Bike

We went for a walk the other day and decided to walk to daddies school. Kaycee wanted to take her bike on her walk. She rode it all of the way to the school. I carried it for her up the hills but she rode most of the way. When we got to the school she wanted to find a bench to rest, not her, but her bike. What a goof. We played for a little while and left Isaac a message that we were there. While we waited Kaycee wanted to take pictures of brother. She did pretty good, except the fingers in one of the shots.

When it got closer to the time for Isaac to leave we watched for him. It is a good thing because his phone died and he didn't get the message. Kaycee saw him driving away and screamed for him and I ran to the road to flag him down. She was so upset that daddy almost left without us. It was pretty funny. She cried for him the whole time as he drove around to the parking lot, she thought he was leaving her. She thought it was so much fun riding her bike to go get daddy and then riding home with him.

Ducks or Fishies?
Kaycee is a great listener! She listens to everything we say and does the exact opposite. Isaac took her to the duck pond to feed ducks today while I went to the laundromat to wash table clothes and go wash the car. Kayden and I had a joyous outing. Anyway, so we always tell her to stay away from the edge. Don't chase the ducks. Be careful throwing bread in the pond. Guess what she does. She stands too close, chases the ducks and goes with the momentum of her toss and falls right in. While I was vacuuming the car out I get a phone call as they are driving home with her crying, "mommy, I fell in the duck pond and daddy pulled me out." She goes on to say, "pappa pulled daddy out of the pond too." Now I know where she gets it from. I guess when Isaac was around the same age his dad had to pull him out of a pond because he fell in too.
This is the only picture I have of her chilling experience, a cold, wet, and dirty white t-shirt.

Isaac put her in the shower and then had her take a bath to make sure she was all clean, got her dressed and we headed to Lewiston for a little family outing. On our way back from Home Depot Isaac wanted to show Kaycee the animals at PetCo. You notice I said "show." I stayed in the van with Kayden, who was sleeping. All of the sudden they come out with bags full of stuff. What could it be? Kaycee has been telling us that she needs a puppy. We tell her we can't right now because our apartment is too small and they don't allow them here. We add in that when we get a house or she turns 5, and I changed it to 4. Now she is satisfied and doesn't want a puppy because she has a pet. Daddy bought her two fish. On the way home we asked her what she was going to name them and she said Bingy. We don't know where she came up with that one but thought it was cute. She couldn't think of another name until we got home and she was feeding them with Isaac. She realized that one wasn't named yet and called him Bingo. So, she has Bingy, the girl, and Bingo, the boy. I wonder if she knows how similar the names are? She is so excited to have her pets and feed them and take care of them everyday. I'll keep you all updated on how long that excitement lasts.

Big Baby
While I was putting Kayden down for a nap I was thinking that Kaycee was being awfully quiet in the living room. Whenever she is quiet I know she is up to something. I laid him down and walked into the living room to spy on her. I peeked around the corner and saw this and grabbed the camera. As soon as she heard me she got embarrassed and ran for the couch. She is such a cook. She said that she was a baby and had to wear diapers. Luckily she just pretends. Everyone warned me that kids tend to digress when you have a new baby in the house. She just likes to play baby. I was also surprised to see that his diapers almost fit her!
