She loves her boots and hat. She is ready to ride!

Fall 2006

Kaycee is going to be 17 months is just a couple of weeks. She is growing like a weed, a healthy, happy, beautiful weed. She is already 26 lbs and 34 inches long.

Her dad has got her hooked on Sponge Bob. Mom isn't so happy, but it entertains her while mom is cleaning, cooking, or doing homework. She sings the theme song, well tries, and says Bob-Bob all day long and tries to hum the tune. She also knows how to work the DVD player and switches between her Sponge-Bob movies, Curious George and Baby Einstein.

She loves to play outside. She thinks that she is so big when she walks up the slide and slides down all by herself. Mom worries and tries to help her, which doesn't make Kaycee happy. Kaycee is upset that it is getting cold. If she could she would stay outside all day, but it gets to cold now to stay out for very long. At least it isn't snowing like it is in Utah.

The semester is almost over for both Isaac and me. Isaac, I think, is relieved, and I am stressed that it is coming so fast. I have tons to get done by the first of December. We are excited to make the trip home though. It has been a long time since Kaycee has seen family. Only 4 months, but 4 months is a long time for a toddler.

One Year Mark

Happy Birthday Kaycee!

Kaycee just turned 1 today. Wow! My little baby is one already. To mark this moment I opened her a savings account today. I figure a little each birthday she might have something saved for when she is older.

Isaac is at Coal Camp or VLE, I can never remember which, so we are in Utah at my families house to celebrate. We celebrated in Castle Dale and then we had a birthday party in Elk Ridge before he left but we couldn't go without celebrating on her BIG day.
